· We operate a zero-fee model, meaning 100% of each donation or ticket sale goes directly to the fundraising cause.
· Our platform clearly displays any processing or third-party costs (e.g., Stripe fees) where applicable.
· We never engage in misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
· All campaign information must be accurate, respectful, and approved by the fundraising organisation.
3. Compliance and Legal Responsibility
· FundraisingSolutions.co complies with all relevant Irish and UK laws, including:
o Charities Act 2009 (Ireland)
o Data Protection Act 2018 / GDPR
o ComReg Code of Practice for Premium Rate Services (for text-to-donate)
o Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing regulations.
· We only work with legitimate fundraising entities and reserve the right to request documentation proving charitable status or authority to fundraise.
· All funds raised are processed securely via Stripe, ensuring compliance with financial and data security standards (PCI-DSS)

· All fundraising activities hosted on our platform must be conducted in a way that respects dignity, equality, and inclusivity.
· Campaigns must not promote or be associated with:
o Discrimination, hate speech, or harassment.

o Misrepresentation of beneficiaries or outcomes.
· We encourage fundraisers to use positive, truthful storytelling and to obtain consent from anyone featured in campaign materials.
5. Data Protection and Privacy

· Personal and financial data are stored and processed only as necessary for the operation of the platform.
· We never sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for marketing or profit.
